Dis-ease is just a calling for us to return to ourselves - our nature - to feel what needs to be felt and heal what needs to be healed.
When we work together on the yoga mat or on the reiki table, my intention is to hold space for you as you discover your body, your self and your feelings; and when we work together with food and nutrition, my intention is to give you the tools you need to connect to nature (real food) and what your body truly needs.
