So here we are mid-Spring and chances are you've been busy removing cobwebs from your house, washing your car, raking leaves in your yard, giving away or selling your stuff - literally clearing away the residual of a long (but amazing!) Winter so that you can enjoy the fresh, rejuvenating feeling of Spring.
Nature is doing the same, she's been storming; wind and rain have washed away brush, dirt, and gravel while making way for Spring to be sprung and a renewal to begin.
The question is: have you done anything to refresh and rejuvenate YOU through all of this?
Come with us and shed your Winter coat for good and make way for a renewed sense of self; aligning your body and soul with Spring. On June 5th Danielle and I will be hosting a vigorous yet grounding yoga practice, meditation, nutrition talk and delicious lunch, it will definitely be a much deserved treat for you.

Happy 2016 everyone! Saturday classes are returning this Saturday, January 9th. I've called this session "Winter Warming" - the style borders on a Vinyassa/Hatha Flow. Each class will be dynamic, but accessible for all levels. Some basic knowledge of a yoga class is recommended (like you've done at least 1 or 2 yoga classes before) but not mandatory!

Beginning October 17th, please join me for Saturday morning yoga at Trail United Church (1300 Pine st). New time: 9:00-10:15am and drop is now $12.
This series of classes that run to December 19th (no class on Nov 21st) are focussed on the seven chakra centres of the body. We will use specific movements and breath-work to explore and re-balance these areas of the body.
Open to all levels!

I'm sad that I won't offering a yoga in the park this year, but Kerry Yoga is offering two outdoor classes a week through the summer, so hopefully I will see you on the mat.
