Saturday classes are back in session!
Beginning October 17th, please join me for Saturday morning yoga at Trail United Church (1300 Pine st). New time: 9:00-10:15am and drop is now $12.
This series of classes that run to December 19th (no class on Nov 21st) are focussed on the seven chakra centres of the body. We will use specific movements and breath-work to explore and re-balance these areas of the body.
Open to all levels!
